Visual assistants, virtual office assistants or simply called VA's are
professionals providing remote assistance to clients. Professional
services online  such as administrative, clerical and secretarial
including creative and technical service for clients.

As the use of internet increased for business operations, the demand
for virtual assistants continues to grow. There are thousands of
listings or job advertisements in need of VAs on websites specialized
in freelance workers.

Virtual Assistants usually work for entrepreneurs and small
businesses. Clients prefer to hire home-based  virtual assistants
because they want to cut  costs on extra office space, office
equipments or supplies. And since virtual assistants are independent
contractors or freelance workers, clients are not responsible for
employee related taxes or benefits. Employee taxes and benefits like
insurance are included on the VA's fee directly.

Virtual assistants has earned several years  of experience in the real
business world. For higher positions like executive assistant, office
manager, legal assistant, legal secretary and real estate secretary
should have at least five years experience experience in an office.

Scheduling. VA's will manage the schedules of the client like
appointments, meetings or help in planning events.

Database Entries. Keep databases information updated.

Data Presentation. Prepares power point presentation from provided data.

Bookkeeping. Keeps list on bills, invoices and other bookkeeping matters.

Travel Research. Find hotels and book airfares for the client.

Social Tasks. Sending out Thank you cards or holiday cards.

For communication and data delivery between the VAs and clients are
internet, email, skype, google voice and other internet tools.
