Travel and Location

Laoag is the gateway to Ilocos Norte if you are travelling by plane or
by bus. It is located north of Manila, about 484 km.

By Plane. There is a direct flight from Manila to Laoag via PAL
(Philippine AirLines), Cebu Pacific and SEAir. It will only take 45
minutes to travel.

From the airport, there are public utility jeepney, van or tricycle
you may ride on going to Laoag City proper.

By Land. It will take about ten hours to reach Laoag City proper if
you decide to take the bus or bring a car.

Fare varies from the type of bus you may ride on. There are sleeper
buses and super-deluxe buses with more comfortable seats. These will

air-conditioned buses fare starts at around 700 Php.
